i've practiced yoga for to year, 2 days a week and where i praticed the asanas were usually light, more stretching. I love yoga but i decided to start gym last month because i wanted to get muscles. But i found video-tutorials and i'm really excited to start yoga at home and every day. i want to know if start doing 30 min whit stretching and strenght exercises would be a good begginning, consideri
30 minutes total of stretching/Yoga and strength workouts… Yes, I think that’s fine! Then you can work in more over time when you feel that you want to. I suggest doing the stretching afterwards. And give yourself at least 1 rest day a week if you’re working out every day. (: read more..
